We honestly don’t know what we would have done without Maggie and Tom from Occasier!

When we booked them, we knew they would help with the wedding, but we didn’t realise just how much we would actually rely on them. They were basically a mixture of PA, wedding coordinator, organiser, reminder service and problem solver, everything we didn’t realise we needed! 😂
Maggie is unbelievably organised and always straight to the point. The spreadsheets, emails, reminders, timings and check-ins meant we always knew what was happening and what needed doing. She was always one step ahead and picked up on things we hadn’t even thought about.
On the wedding day itself, she kept everything running in the background so smoothly that me and Danny could actually relax and enjoy it. Quite a few of our guests commented on how calm we both were, and honestly, that was largely because we knew Maggie had everything under control.
They also went the extra mile afterwards and made sure we had everything we needed in our honeymoon pod, plus left us some really lovely local goodies, which was such a thoughtful touch.
Maggie and Tom have been so helpful, kind and easy to work with from start to finish. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they just have such a good vibe.
If you’re thinking you don’t need a wedding coordinator or someone to help with all the organising, I’d definitely reconsider 😂 We didn’t realise how useful they would be until we had them, and we honestly would have been lost without them.
We’d 100% recommend Occasier to anyone planning a wedding. They took a lot of the stress away and let us actually enjoy the whole thing.

We used Occasier for my daughters 18th birthday. From the moment we spoke I knew that Maggy and Tom had it under control. From the smallest details such as name cards to the colour schemes, balloons,special touches and organising everything for us, even helping me to pick which birthday cake was best for the theme and night. We arrived and were blown away by the amount of effort time and attention that was put into making it extra special for our daughter. Maggie and Tom recently organised our daughter's wedding. There is a saying, "If you have to think about them, they are not doing their job". I am pleased to say that they were the exact opposite of this. Their handling of the event was superb, perhaps evidenced by the fact that many tasks just seemed to almost happen by themselves. We hired Occasier 6 weeks before our wedding for day of wedding coordination. Maggie's organisation and eye for detail was astounding. She combed through every detail of our wedding plans to make sure nothing had been missed. She seamlessly onboarded all of our vendors so come the week of the wedding we weren't stressing, but enjoying quality time with our loved ones.
On the day, Maggie and Tom were a powerhouse of a dream team! They worked tirelessly in so many more ways than we could ever know. It is down to them that we genuinely had a stress free day. Hiring them was the best thing we could have done for our wedding day. There is no doubt our day would not have been as magical without them.

Me and my wife used Maggie and Tom as our wedding coordinators. We would have been lost without them, our day ran so smoothly as a result of Maggie's organisational skills and Tom being an absolute workhorse. Getting a coordinator was the best money we spent on our wedding and Maggie and Tom came through 1000%.
